Founded in 1995 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Garriques & Associates Staff Leasing, Inc. was built on the entrepreneurial vision of my grandfather, Robert Garriques Sr. From the beginning, the company was rooted in relationships, integrity, and a belief that businesses thrive when people are supported.
In 2004, my father, Frank Crooks, relocated our family to Port Orange to work alongside Robert and continue growing the business. Together, they expanded Garriques & Associates while remaining deeply committed to community involvement.
That commitment to service shaped my upbringing and ultimately my career. Volusia County isn’t just where our business operates, it’s home.
In 2024, I officially stepped into leadership at Garriques & Associates, continuing our family’s legacy while guiding the company into its next chapter. I bring with me a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, along with a decade of experience in operations, leadership, client relations, and business development. Prior to joining the family business full-time, I managed the Riverside Pavilion event venue in Port Orange for seven years, overseeing hundreds of events annually and leading my team in fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Today, Garriques & Associates blends 30 years of experience with a modern, strategic approach to employee leasing and workforce solutions. My focus is on innovation, efficiency, and personalized service—ensuring our clients receive not only reliable support, but a true partnership as they grow.
While the leadership has evolved, our foundation remains the same: strong relationships, community involvement, and doing business the right way.
